In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the air128 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Air128 maintains a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable laws, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of air128 complies with the laws of your country or region of residence, including Indonesia.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal incapacity, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts or engaging in financial transactions.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on air128 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through air128's responsible gaming tools or applied by air128's compliance team.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You must not be classified as a politically exposed person under applicable anti-money laundering guidelines without prior disclosure to air128's compliance department.

To access the full range of air128's services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You agree to the following conditions in relation to your account:

• Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and bank account details — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Air128 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: Air128 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify air128 of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team. Operating an account with outdated or incorrect information may delay withdrawal processing and trigger additional verification requirements.
• One Account Per Household: Only one active account is permitted per household address, per device, and per IP address. Air128 uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are detected, air128 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered bank account, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Air128 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account balance at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, where applicable.

• Funding Source: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Air128 will return funds received from unverified or third-party sources and may suspend the recipient account pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Air128 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account level. Players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the responsible gaming settings in their account dashboard at any time.
• Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed deposit, please allow up to 24 hours for funds to be returned to your originating account before contacting support. Air128 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Currency: All transactions on air128 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Air128 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies. Attempting to deposit in an unsupported currency may result in the transaction being rejected or converted at an unfavorable rate by the payment provider.

Air128 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified Account Required: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are restricted to a cumulative withdrawal limit of Rp 2.000.000 before full verification is mandatory.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the air128 account. Air128 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–20 minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB the following day. During periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet their respective wagering requirements in full before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawal Review: Air128 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request. This may result in a temporary hold of up to 5 business days. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review.
• Withdrawal Fees: Air128 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which air128 accepts no responsibility.

Air128 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period, which is typically 7–30 days from the date of credit.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 100%, slot games contribute 100%, and certain low-margin games (such as Baccarat and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 200.000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may be voided, and bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at 10x the bonus amount or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
• Abuse and Manipulation: Air128 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Promotion Modifications: Air128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of technical error, fraud, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the promotion.

All bets placed on the air128 platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted and active once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction is reflected in your account balance. Air128 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity interruptions on the player's side.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the platform are indicative until a bet is confirmed. Air128 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors at any time, including after bet confirmation. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided or settled at the correct price at air128's discretion.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event, match, or draw is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, all affected bets will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance, unless the sport-specific rules specify otherwise.
• Mix Parlay Rules: For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections. The minimum number of valid selections required for a mix parlay bet to stand is specified at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per bet, per player, per day is subject to limits specified per sport and per market. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting interface and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Integrity: Air128 works with sports integrity organizations to detect and void bets placed on events where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity breaches. Winnings from such voided bets will not be paid out.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to be notified after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via the support team. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for betting and deposit purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which closes the account for a minimum period of 6 months with no possibility of reinstatement during that period. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications may be enabled to remind players of the time elapsed and net wins or losses during the current session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the air128 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or air128 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with others to collectively exploit promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward air128's customer support staff or other players in any community or chat feature of the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion orders by registering a new account.

All content on the air128 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game content, odds data, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of air128 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from air128.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.
• Create derivative works based on air128's proprietary content, branding, or software.
• Use the air128 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written authorization.

All third-party game content displayed on air128 (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by air128 under valid commercial license agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air128 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Service Interruptions: Air128 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which air128 accepts no liability.
• Financial Losses: Air128 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform beyond the amount of funds held in the player's account at the time of the relevant event.
• Third-Party Services: Air128 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service failures of third-party payment processors, banking institutions, telecommunications providers, or game studios.
• Player Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions are made at the player's sole discretion and risk. Air128 does not provide gambling advice and is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game session.
• Data Transmission: While air128 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accept no liability for interception by unauthorized third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Air128 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Air128 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Transaction data and betting history are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air128 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by air128.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. Air128 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Air128 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the air128 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via our support team.
